Market Opportunity

GTiPay is targeting opportunities in Mobile Banking, MicroFinance and Project Finance in developing parts of the worlds. GTiPay’s current operational focus is on opportunities in African Union countries and its goal is to digitize rural farming cooperatives and provide microloans to farming cooperatives members.

An unbanked, rural farm worker in Africa earns just $2 per day on average. However the impact of agriculture is immense as farming revenues can contribute up to 40% of GDP in some African countries. Today, banks service just 10% of consumers in metropolitan areas. Merchant Payment Solutions provides an equally compelling opportunity for GTiPay as only 5% of Consumers conduct ecommerce via merchants POS transactions. Our payment hub Locations & approximate Addressable Market Sizes are as follows:

  1. Kampala, Uganda - East Africa = 240 Million

  2. Pretoria, South Africa - Southern Africa = 200 Million

  3. Accra, Ghana - West Africa = 260 Million

  4. Lusaka, Zambia - Central Africa = 100 Million

“The smart way to send money.”
